We will not only carry out a safety inspection as  is the procedure other companies will only do but we will also will service the boiler and our engineers will do the following on entering your property:

• Ensure Adequate ventilation in the property for the gas boiler to operate
  safely
• Check to ensure that the flue and the chimney are not blocked, as if blocked
  carbon monoxide fumes will remain in the property
• Will visually inspect the boiler for signs of distress (black marks (hinting at
  Carbon Monoxide issues), corrosion and leaks
• Check all controls and the system to ensure that optimum settings and
  efficiency are achieved to save the customer money
• will use a telegan (combustion analyser) to test the safe Carbon Monoxide
  emissions of the boiler are within gas industry safe levels
• Will check outside the property and inside the property, including any header
  tanks in the loft and airing cupboards
• Will check each individual radiator in the property to ensure that it is
  warming up correctly and that there is no air or sludge in the system stopping
  the radiators producing heat for the room
• Will test the gas pipework from the gas meter to ensure that there are no leaks
  on the pipes themselves
• Will also check that the boiler is working at the manufacturers correct operating
  pressure
• Will complete and leave a CP6 checklist form with the details of items checked
  during the service.
