Welcome to the Capital Gas Services Limited ‘Groupon’ Page, from here you will be able to see which areas we are planning for, when we have available dates and times. We are aware that our customers have had various issues with trying to make appointments and we have tried to answer as many calls and return as many messages as we can.

However, we have not always been able to get back to our valued customers, so we have created this page, so that you our customers do not become frustrated trying to book any appointments. We are sure you will find this page helpful.

NOTE:

NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS – The service that is taking place, in no way would make the boiler defective. Any defects not stated at the time of booking, would hinder a correct diagnosis.

Your boiler must be in working order for the Groupon to be valid, however we offer a 25% Discount on all repairs and maintenance jobs for Groupon customers.

We can not give a difinitive time slot, as there are too many variables involved in getting to a customers premises, such as traffic, previous jobs. Most jobs take approx 45-60mins. The groupon is not valid for weekends or evenings unless an additional payment is made following attendance, however we will require payment details to secure this type of booking. In addition to evening and weekend calls, areas are limited.

Parking must be provided, any works being undertaken with the Congestion Zone, may be limited to appointmetn slots.

BACK BOILERS WILL BE AN EXTRA CHARGE AND CLASSED AS TWO APPLIANCES.

POTTERTON/BAXI POWERMAX BOILERS ARE NOT COVERED
